Lee was really friendly and informative, he made it easy to understand (which is great because I know very little about cars) he showed me the problems and was easy to talk to. He also called ahead to let me know he would be with me in about 25 minutes which was a lovely extra touch.

Lee was very good fast and informative, although I had expressed to your controllers that I needed a new bearing but was unsure which one so could you please ensure the mechanic is able to perform a bearing change, when Lee arrived he did the service but only ran a diagnostic check on the bearing as he did not have the tools to perform the bearing change so I was charged for you the mechanic to tell me what I had already told you (that I needed a new bearing). Rather disappointed that your control representative can not understand plain English when I asked for someone to CHANGE my faulty bearing, not tell me what I already knew. Also Lee told me that he would be emailing me with a list of advisories but I have not yet received it . Read more
