Quick and excellent service, very happy and communication was great. I had to be at work but wasn't a problem, Lee was punctual, quality was excellent, and was back on the road in no time!

I’m very happy with the service provided. Lee arrived later than planned but kept me informed throughout the day and the job was done, as promised, before I left work.

The mechanics very approachable, had a replacement electric door window mechanism, explained that problem was snapped metal cable and not uncommon (particularly as mine is an older car).
They disassembled the door to access the broken unit, fitted a replacement, and re-assembled and cleaned-down afterwards. All done within an hour and everything working.
Having the repaid done at my house was very convenient.

The guys did a really good job. Friendly, and very knowledgeable. Delighted my car is running again.

Did a really god job on the wing mirror , needed to order a part that delayed the works but was able to carry it out the following day. Although not much notice prior to arriving but were able to fix in 20 minutes.

I was expecting this to be more expensive than a local mechanic - but figured a 'convenience premium' was probably worth it in this case (brakes issue).
The work quoted actually worked out cheaper and quicker than any of the local places I called for estimates and got me sorted in less time than even having someone look at it locally would have been.

Pretty sure I'll be using this service from now on. Kinda feels like a mechanic equivalent of the RAC or AA - bit of an essential!
