I didn't actually come face to face with Lee but he was very courteous on the phone to me and was not at all unfazed when I changed the time twice.

Lee did a quick and accurate diagnosis on my car. I was very happy with his service and communication. This is the second time he has been sent out to do repairs and he has done a very good job on both occasions. He showed up at the time he was supposed to and even called before his scheduled time and said he was on his way. I hope he will be the one that accepts my work the next time
