Igor was knowledgeable, completed timing belt fix very quickly. Was almost 3 hours late but very easy and quick to communicate with.

Very professional and competent mechanic. Very happy with the work carried out. The clutch feels just like it did when the car was new 11 years ago.

I am not a mechanic, so I cannot judge Serghei Ceban's (aka Igor) knowledge; however, his diagnosis corresponded with my understanding of the problem as revealed by Google AI.

He was friendly and pleasant to talk to, but he had to be persuaded initially to provide his real name and his company details: this is imperative for the customer since he is an independent contractor.

He came almost an hour late: this is not really acceptable if one considers that the customer has paid extra for a specific day: he had a whole 2 hour window!

His level of English is weak, and he is unable to discuss problems in any real depth. He said the clutch master cylinder needed changing, but he was unable to really discuss the matter in English. Well, at least he was able to suggest what he thought was the problem.

He did not respond to my onsite messages. When I asked him why he hadn't responded, he said that he had been driving at 03:00 am. The problem is that I had not sent him the messages at such a late time at night.

He came to do the work, but he did not have the necessary mechanical parts. If he had bothered to read my messages and the comments in the job description, he would have seen that I had suggested (according to Google AI) that a clutch master/slave cylinder could be at fault: he would then have been able to do the job onsite - a fact that he actually stated as it concerned the clutch master cylinder.

Overall, average satisfaction. He's worth keeping as a mechanic, but he must improve on the points that I have mentioned. I cannot comment on his ability as a mechanic. Read more

Igor was very hard worker started at 2-45 instead of 2 but didn't finish until 10pm
he was a very nice polite man

No work has been done, mechanic informed me that to do my repair properly he needs to charge me double the price which was quoted, from 800 to 1600 as also other parts has to be replaced.
When I didn't proceed with the job, I was charged £174 for call out. This is scam.

Igor was great, he explained everything he was doing. Happy with the work he carried out.
