Igor failed to arrive within the allotted time and made no attempt to communicate with me, I called him at the very end of the 2 hour window to be told he was going to be another 45 minutes. He eventually arrived over an our later, messaged me to let me know he had arrived rather than knocking on my door. He came across as generally unprofessional in both his attire and demeanor, I only went ahead with him carrying out the work as I need the car and had already waited over a week for a replacement mechanic after the first one cancelled at very short notice. He made me feel very uncomfortable throughout, he carried out the work more quickly than my original mechanic quoted (and much quicker than is generally expected for this kind of job) which makes me feel quite uneasy about the quality of the workmanship.

The mechanic Igor just got on with the job whilst I was out at work which is so convenient for me especially living in a rural area was impressed that the job was completed in a day - only disappointing thing is I paid £203 more than what I was quoted it’s not the mechanic Igors fault but would be nice to pay only what I was quoted but Igor over all fantastic

Igor was great, punctual very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way, advice given on defects he found in addition to the work he already did, would definitely book him again!
