It was our first time using click mechanic. Igor arrived and cracked on with fixing the timing chain. He was very attentive to detail and didn’t leave a single bit of mess at the end of the day. It took about 4hrs which is quicker than a garage was advising. It was also about £400 cheaper than a garage. Thank you so much!

He appeared to be knowledgeable. Unfortunately I am not with regard to cars. The final bill was over £1600 which was double the amount quoted as he stated it was not just the timing chain and oil &filter that needed to be changed but coil ignition and spark plugs, water pump, thermostat and oil sump.

Igor came early which was great. I informed I was in all day so was pleased with timing. He was very friendly and polite. He cracked on with the job and got it done promptly and was very informative of other issues that need repairing that I was aware of. Very happy with the service provided.

Hired a mechanic endorsed on this market place, for clutch repair. When he arrived he told me the clutch was “like new” and just needed a tweak, but still charged me for the 5 hour job quoted, even though he was only here 25 minutes. Within weeks my clutch failed and the new mechanics couldn’t believe he said it was “like new.” They said it was “in a state.” I was driving this unsafe car while 6 months pregnant. The mechanic was rude and sarcastic when trying to resolve this, and ClickMechanic said there was nothing they could do as they’re only a market place - so they’ll allow this crook to keep getting customers through them - avoid!.
