Abbey was great, even though my car took longer to fix than first expected as needed an extra part ,he stuck with and got it back to me as soon as he could

I never got to meet the mechanic so can't comment as for the work time will tell the car was in a mess when it was returned to me so overall not very impressed with this experience.

Abbey was 3 hours late to change the Auxiliary belt on my car. He only came because I called him to remind him. He didn't complete the job properly and now I have to take my car to a different garage to diagnose the issues he caused.

He also didn't bring the tools for the job initially, even though I said the car couldn't be moved at all. He argued and was rude when he had to go back to get his tools to complete the job.

Our mechanic was good his English was not perfect but with patience we understood each other. We had to phone him at 10.40 as he hadn't been to collect the car but he soon arrived. He updated us on the need for a separate repair later in the day and the car was returned after we had gone to bed. We spoke again the next morning and we're very satisfied with his work.

Abbey was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue with my vehicle as well as undertook the repair work. He collected and returned the vehicle. Communication could be better as I couldn't plan my day. My car is now running without problem

Abbey was both polite and friendly and kept me updated when needed.
My car needed a new clutch which he fitted the same day and now the car runs as it should. Thank you Abbey.

The guys were good, and made an effort with communication even though the signal was bad, were efficient and worked around the fact I was parked in a public carpark.

Apart from being an hour and half late, Abbey done the job quick, no fuss, all good.
