Really excellent and efficient service - very happy with the work and would use Mohammed again.

Mohammed was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable and I'm happy with his work and the servicing he carried out.

Unfortunately the required new part was only sourced on the day, the wrong one was purchased and had to be returned and consequently the mechanic was 90 minutes late. The repair was fine but the vehicle health check was ridiculous with every item on a 16 year old car rated as “like new condition”

Satisfied but have a problem with Mohamed as he has either lost or mislaid my set of wheel lock nuts. Phoned back on three occasions and he has promised to mail them to me …sad to say this has not happened.

Happy with the work (I think) but the professionalism could have been better. The mechanic did the job on the side of the road, with few tools. Left dirty oil spots. Not sure if I'd use again. Didn't seem like car was properly warmed up before oil was extracted. Made me worry that the job might not have been as good as if I'd gone to a real garage! Oil and filter were bog standard generics.

Friendly, they may have been late but they were keen to make up for it and did a little extra job for me.
