Bit of confusion at the beginning - I wanted to change the agreed date / time and he messaged to say that he could do next day. That didn’t happen - although all resolved on the phone for another date. He prioritised the job, came promptly and did the job well.

Very friendly. Finished the work quickly. Unfortunately they forgot to put some wire holding clips back in that’s a bit of a pain but solvable.

He did a great job, called beforehand and explained what he was going to do, and called with updates, and provided the report promptly after finishing.
