I have used ClickMechanic on 3 occasions and am so impressed. My last car inspection was done by Vip on the same day as booking. The other 2 were the following day. The beauty of click mechanic is their speed of response after booking which is vital when buying cars. They are very punctual, thorough and consistently contact you to discuss any issues over the phone before sending their report. It’s a truly great service at a very competitive prices. We paid for a premium pre-check before buying a used car. The mechanic was polite and punctual and confirmed the car had no issues, stating in his report that the clutch was 'as new.' Based on this, we went ahead with the purchase.

On driving the car, we immediately noticed the clutch felt wrong, with a very high bite point, and the brake fluid was half empty. The manufacturer later confirmed the clutch needed replacing, as well as a rear brake calliper.

When I raised this, the mechanic defended his report and said everything seemed fine at the time. I find this unacceptable given what was later discovered. His premium check failed to identify serious faults that were clearly present. Read more

Vipal arrived as arranged and on time, with everything needed to do the service and fit new disc’s and disc brakes to the front wheels. He was very polite and explained everything that he was doing, keeping me informed of progress as he went along.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him, should you require work doing at a very reasonable price and in a speedy manner.

Vipul was very polite, informative, set about doing the job competently and displayed a wealth of experience. Vipul put some effort into resetting the cars warning system before road testing the car. I will definitely be using Vipul in the future.
