Vipul, the mechanic, was a pleasure to deal with.
He has hopefully repaired the dpf fault on my Vivaro that my regular mechanic hasn't been able to work out for years.
Lets see what happens.

They were excellent, polite and very careful with my car when taking the door apart - not a mark. Definite experts in what they do, would definitely use again

Great service. So easy and very friendly. He advised me the night before his rough arrival time and then let me know 10 minutes before he was due to arrive. He kept me updated the whole time.

He was very nice and friendly, but I'm not particularly happy as I was charged the full amount of £280 for a failed DPF (hence the lower mark.on quality).

Vipul turned up promptly and was courteous, polite an professional. It was obvious that he knew BMWs inside out and the job (a wheel bearing replacement on an X3) turned out to more comprehensive than expected, but he just got on with it with no complaints. The mechanic named Vipul was on time, very curtious and knew his stuff. I lept his business for future work in the future. Like with any intrusive work, I'm quite confident the work carried out is a success after a day or so, but initially the work seems to be successful. I will definately use Click Mechanic in the future....they saved me money absolutely and time waiting for job to be done was first class.
