Having not used this type of service before, I was a little concerned about the service that I would receive, but I need not have been worried, as the mechanic phoned to say that they were on their way, and this was much earlier than the suggested time, which was great.
The service we received from our mechanics was excellent, and they carried out the repair fairly quickly; the car was then taken to the garage for wheel alignment and was back within the hour. The Mechanic explained the work carried out and gave me a printout and some cakes, which were also excellent. Cheers, guys

Mechanic did not do anything. Because mechanic did have correct spare parts. I wanted to full refund. But unfortunately company did not do anything.

Sorry to hear about your experience.

The part ordered for the booking was a wing mirror cover, which is what we attended with. On inspection, we found that the complete mirror assembly was broken from the hinge, meaning a different part was required.

I explained this at the time and showed you the part that had originally been selected. ClickMechanic does list the complete mirror assembly, but this was not the part originally ordered, so unfortunately we could not complete the repair on that visit.
