Service was good unfortunately engine management light back on after 3 days so not sorted

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the engine management light came back on

At the time of the service, the DPF regeneration and cleaning were completed successfully. The DPF soot level was reduced from 20 mg to 1 mg and we explained that the regeneration had been successful.

However an engine management light comjng on later does not necessarily mean that the DPF cleaning has failed. Other faults or underlying issues can trigger the warning light, so further diagnosis would be required to identify the cause.

We would be happy to have been contacted when the light came back on, and have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle, read the new fault codes or determine the reason for the warning.

Great service. Rang 45 minutes before arrival which was good as had had to move car and arrived fixed problem. All good.
