The mechanic was great. Service was quick and when there was a faulty part, it was replaced very promptly. Car runs like a dream.

Vipul managed to arrive earlier than expected and he was quick in replacing my alternator. He tested to see if the battery was charging well and if all was working as it should. Friendly ,polite and approachable ,I would recommend Vipul to other customers, he can be trusted he knows his job and is customer orientated.

Yes. Turned up within time slot. Battery was wrong one - he returned it and came back with correct type a bit later.

I booked a slot from 10–12am. The mechanic arrived before 9am, which was fine, but I think he should have called me first to check if I was okay with that.

The mechanic only replaced my battery without coding it, even though coding was included in the price I paid. I could have replaced the battery myself — I specifically booked the service to have it coded as well.

The entire battery replacement was recorded on my CCTV. I am really unsatisfied with the service provided.
