Vipul was amazing! Got a text and a call from him with expected time of arrival and he was punctual. Carried out a thorough diagnostic assessment and told us his findings, as well as receiving the full report by WhatsApp the next morning (and he didn't leave us until after 7pm the night before). Couldn't recommend him highly enough!
