Handbrake not working as well after the brakes were changed. I will need to take it to a garage to adjust!! making the use of a mobile mechanic pointless

Your man turned up 1.5 hrs late at 12.15 did nothing to the car but told me what I already knew it needed fluid then decided to go
I asked him surly your putting fluid in as that's what is asked for online I want my money back as the man asked me if I want him to do the job private it will be 20% less than you because you add that to there price I told him where to go cheeky bastard I need my car tomorrow now I Will miss a days work so I think the least you can do is refunds my money

mechanic arrived within the time frame however he had the wrong battery. No problem he went off and came back within the hour and fitted the correct item. Another point: due to a computer glitch I made two bookings and thought I may be charged twice. An email to the website resolved this in no time. Thank you Alaa.
