Sam diagnosed the problem and gave advice on prevention. There has been no re-occurence of the problem.

Sam turned up on time, and after telling me how long they were to be working in it, I left them to it. Unfortunately, the problem requires further investigation and the vehicle needs to be taken away. This was arranged for as early as possible and quoted a price ahead of scheduled work. I appreciate the transparency of this and it is best to go into this "eyes open". Hopefully the problem will be rectified on the next visit.
