Was friendly but had issues with work immediately. Brake pad wear warning light on car after discs and pads changed. never had any issues with it before. I normally use VW or franchise garage and if there was a problem would of been fixed. So given it's easy to damage the cable when replacing Disc in my opinion this is the likely cause. He did come back and he looked at the work then when done told me he had "glued" the cable.
So no will have issue next time and will no doubt have to pay for a cable replacement.
So the click mechanic savings will be spent on this.

I would like to clarify a few important points regarding the issue mentioned. The brake pad sensor cable was already damaged and in poor condition. This is a common issue on older vehicles, especially where dirt and corrosion build up over time.
After completing the discs and pads replacement, I cleaned the area, including the cable. As a result, the existing damage became more noticeable, which caused the intermittent warning light. This was not caused by the replacement work itself, but by the pre-existing condition of the cable.
When I returned, I did my best to help by securing the cable so it would stay in place and reduce the warning issue. I did this as a goodwill gesture and did not charge anything for my time or effort, even though the repair of that cable is not related to the brake job and would normally require replacement at additional cost.
I always aim to be honest, transparent, and helpful with my customers, and I believe I handled the situation fairly and professionally.
Iām sorry to hear you feel disappointed, but I stand by the quality of the work carried out on your brakes.

I was let down by a local garage who couldn't keep my appointment. I was worried using Click Mechanic, due to not using it before and thought it could be a gamble. However, Daniel was very open, honest and thorough. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and had it sorted. He then ensured the rest of the braking system was serviceable. He gave me peace of mind the job was done to a high standard and I definitely be using him again with any future car problems.
