Arrived an hour late although he had let me know. Work carried out very efficiently although we hadn't been fully told of the cost and this resulted in a very high invoice I didn't expect. Communication around this was poor.

We’d like to clarify that all pricing is provided directly through the platform at the time of booking. These are not set by us, and customers can view and confirm the quote instantly before proceeding.
Regarding the booking, the job was scheduled for a vehicle without start-stop technology, but your car is equipped with start-stop, which can affect the service requirements and pricing.
We also apologise for the delay and appreciate your understanding, as we did inform you in advance. We’ll take your comments on communication on board and work to improve this going forward.
