Daniel was absolutely fantastic . Will use this service again . First class job very pleased .

The mechanic was friendly and the brake discs and pads were replaced quickly and correctly. Overall, the job quality was good.

However, all wheel bolts were tightened with an impact driver, which caused excessive tightening. I later had to remove a wheel and could barely loosen the bolts. This is not best practice and wheel bolts should be torqued correctly with a torque wrench for safety and future maintenance.

Apart from this issue, I was satisfied with the service.

Daniel was great - he unfortunately couldn't get the part as early as he's intended to circumstances outside his control but was communicative, helpful, then did the work really fast when he arrived. Would highly recommend.

Daniel is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had the late appointment issue due to the accident on the way to my location where had no mobile signal. But they managed to turn up late in the dark and rain. He was sincerely apologise for their late and promised they will get my car done as quick as possible even in the dark evening.
I accepted their apologies and understood there is nothing they can control.
They did their job fast and promptly. Unfortunately there is another issue about the supplier have sent them the wrong size break disc. They had to come back to my place next day from far after they exchanged the correct break disc in the early morning.
Finally they have completed the job and I was happy about the outcome.

Work was carried out within the time frame of the appointment. Daniel communicated well with what he was doing, and shared advice about using the brakes initially as they settled in.
