Am happy with the work same as I would have been if I took the car to a local garage where it would have only cost me half the amount that I have been charged £1-144-56 for rear break pads / hydraulic fluid/ and callipers plus labour booked in for Monday on 17 th November ok a part was needed rang me and asked if he could come back Wednesday 19 th as it was late on Tuesday and raining ..i for one will not use this company again

I’d like to clarify that all prices on ClickMechanic are provided and approved by the customer before any work begins, and the parts pricing is set by the platform and suppliers, not by individual mechanics.
For transparency, the work completed included:
- 2× Rear brake calipers: £498 (£249 each)
- Rear brake pads: £55
- 2 litres brake fluid: £30
- Brake pad wear sensor: £22
- Total parts: £605 ( EuroCarParts pricing)
These are only parts prices (there's no way you could pay half the price at the garage)and there are additional price for labour.


Regarding the reacheduling to Wednesday 19th November, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience due to the rainy conditions.
I always aim for complete customer satisfaction, and I’m sorry the pricing didn’t meet your expectations despite being agreed upon beforehand.
