Suzuki Swift 69000 Miles Service

Mohammed did a very good work - the car was given a major service and MOT within a day, on time and (almost) on budget.
Only one bit wasn't much clear - an extra ~60 GBP charge (above to what was specified within a quote).
Sounds a bit too much for checking an exhaust pipe's swing holding bar (once side needed to be re-moulded, although it wasn't due to lack of an operatinal moulding machine), plus lubricating an auxilliary belt's pulleys..

Thank you for your review. Your vehicle was booked in for MOT and interim service, the vehicle was collected slightly before the requested time. The interim service was completed and then vehicle went for MOT which resulted in a failure with the following:
1 - Track rod end ball joint has excessive play nearside front
2 - Rear parking recording little or no effect nearside rear
3 - Exhaust emission excessive level of metered smoke for turbo charged engine
4 - Tyre has ply or cords exposed offside front
5 - Parking brake below requirement.
I called you personally to update you of the failures and the cost to have the work completed in order to pass the MOT and this was declined by yourself and requested to return the vehicle.
We at Many Autos Ltd can only apologise if you felt this was our fault but there is nothing we can do in regards to what work is required to have your vehicle legally road safe with a valid MOT.
The MOT test ensures the vehicle is in roadworthy condition. ... The acceptable standards are as recorded in the current DVSA Vehicle Inspection Manual.

Ford Fiesta Front wheel bearing (one) replacement

Very happy with my service from Mohammad, still have the noise in my car from a worn wheel bearing, turns out I have two bearings gone and i only advised to get one replaced, will be going back to Mohammad to fix my other one in the near future

These chaps were just great, I just wish they had a welding machine as my van needed some welding on the underside to pass the MOT which I now need to try and get done elsewhere.
