Mechanic/driver arrived a few minutes outside the booked time
window. Car was collected ok but no notification that it was being taken offsite. This caused some stress! However work was done as requested.

my experience was bad. No value for money. as per click mechanic info between 8-10 car will be picked and 203 hrs labor time so i asked gently can it be done by 4:00 pm which is 6 hrs from picked up. The mechanic i spoke and said car has left any minute it will be with you.. my house is 2 mile from garage i check google it takes 15 minute with traffic(as mentioned with google). Car took 1 hr to reach. i had to call 3-4 times. and mechanic said delivery time is 4-5 which is not mentioned anywhere. While collecting the car driver did not check the car details he was in rush to drop someone it seems. No communication about the problems unless i did not ask for it. Read more

We sincerely apologise that you believe you had such a bad experience with Many Autos Ltd. We did explain that even though it only takes 15 minutes to reach the destination there was an accident on the A33 hence a big tailback of traffic. We can only once again apologise for the experience received.
