I used a company called Many Autos - Apart from a muddle with the booking time which caused me to be late for work (they had arranged to come to my home before I went to work at 9 o'clock with a courtesy car but when I contacted them, through Click Mechanic because their phone was not answered 3 times when I tried to contact them, they said they usually pick up by 10 and didn't get that message) they were very good. They rearranged to go to my place of work and were there when I arrived (now 10 o'clock). The guy that dealt with me was very polite and professional and had my car back before I finished work (he left me the key to his car in case they were not back in time) He telephoned to say it failed MOT and needed 2 new tyres and this was also done before bringing my car back.
I did have a bit of trouble understanding what he was saying over the phone but we got there in the end and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work (they even tweaked my over-blinking indicator stalk back to normal). I would use them again.
He also personally advised me that my clutch was on the way out, something that was not shown on the MOT or service. This was very useful to be aware of.
