They came on time and seems to have done a good job, however did not receive a service report showing what was carried out. I received no evidence that the work was carried out.

Renault Diagnostic Inspection

My husband reports that our mechanic was polite and explained the issues clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He sent out a report and a quote by mid-day and at no point tried to pressure us to have additional work done. He gave us two options for the repair and explained the pros and cons of each. All in all we are very happy and will be using him as soon as funds allow us to go forward with the repairs.

He was knowledgeable and very friendly, gave diagnostic and remedies the issue swiftly. Only gave 3 star on punctuality as they were over an hour late, however they did call ahead to let me know. Would definitely use again
