Louis was very good and clearly knowledgable about all things cars .

Was clear about issues (please to advise my car had very few).

Louis was very friendly and helpful. Talked me through what he was doing in an extremely knowledgeable way.
Made adgustments
And came back this morning to check and do a road test.

Louis was brilliant knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it straight away 10 out 10 well done mate had very good knowledge of engine.

Louis arrived within the time window and called to say he was a bit held up
Had t equipment to diagnose the problem with my car.
Finally we know what the problem is and Louis is coming back to sort out the problema out in the near future

I would never use or recommend this to anyone again!

Firstly I was asked for feedback on Sunday before any work had actually been done!
The brake fluid issue was traced to a split hose which was going to be replaced at 10am on the Monday, then, at 4pm, but no show, then at 9.15pm got a text it would be done sometime before the end of Tuesday!
I have now lost 2 days work, I should of been a priority on Tuesday morning!
I have already paid £82 at this point
I booked this work on Saturday and paid extra for a Sunday appointment thinking it would be sorted quicker but I was wrong! the mechanic is a pleasant guy,but clearly overbooked, I can only hope the job gets done today!!!.

Louis was really professional and very helpful.
He went into details on everything he carried out and was a pleasure to find a mechanic like this!

Louis was absolutely superb, cannot fault.

Rang beforehand to check if I'd be OK with him doing his own diagnostic before picking up parts - to find that the AA diagnostic was showing 'symptoms, not cause' - and therefore he came up with a much more effective repair plan that has my car running sweeter than it has in ages.
