Louis was friendly as well as knowledgeable about our particular car. He found and solved the issues that needed work and was happy to explain what he had fixed. He also listened to my concerns about the car and was happy to Investigate these issues. Totally recommend Louis !

I would never use or recommend this to anyone again!

Firstly I was asked for feedback on Sunday before any work had actually been done!
The brake fluid issue was traced to a split hose which was going to be replaced at 10am on the Monday, then, at 4pm, but no show, then at 9.15pm got a text it would be done sometime before the end of Tuesday!
I have now lost 2 days work, I should of been a priority on Tuesday morning!
I have already paid £82 at this point
I booked this work on Saturday and paid extra for a Sunday appointment thinking it would be sorted quicker but I was wrong! the mechanic is a pleasant guy,but clearly overbooked, I can only hope the job gets done today!!!.
