Rubbish service,waste of money, don't know what I payed for. Quotes extortionate amounts of money, delivers the car back very late. Don't waste your time on this. Better off just taking it to a garage yourself to get a free quote.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. It appears that you booked an inspection for your car, rather than a repair. To get a quote for the exhaust repair, you will need to book a repair service specifically for the exhaust.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please open a case in our Resolution Center, and someone will assist you with this matter. We would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider your feedback. The inspection was carried out as requested, but repairs cannot be included in the inspection price, especially given the cost of the exhaust itself.
