I had a great experience with my mechanic. He was really friendly and quickly identified the problem, advising me to take the car to the garage. I also opted for a complete inspection, and he helped me avoid getting points on my license by pointing out that my tires weren't safe to drive on. I got them changed, and as promised, he had everything done on time.

Friendly, efficient and kept me up to date with what was happening to the car and how much it was going to cost. They picked up and dropped it off as well

He was really polite and I am really pleased with the service I've received. Car returned much earlier than I expected which is very helpful.

Zero for every single category. This site made put a 1 star. To be fair it would be better I'd if it a zero to 10 plus and minus, because as things stand it's minus 11
Two weeks they have my car, for a replacement clutch, then they said it needed a new gearbox. I was told I could collect it Friday, but luckily I wanted to have a test drive.
It wouldn't go over 2000 revs and there was a engine management warning light. I was told how would they know it wasn't like that as it was a no runner. Well it wasn't drivable but it certainly could start

The car was picked up and returned as scheduled. Communication about the work carried out was good.
