Mudassar was great, there was an issue at the garage but he kept me updated and stayed/ worked late to get it done for me. Really appreciated the hard work, would recommend to anyone who will struggle to find the time to get their MOT sorted

Wow, what a stress free, friendly informative garage. Not only collected and delivered back my car but called before arriving, called after MOT to update me and then called to let me know what time they would be delivering my car back. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Excellent service.

I had a great experience with Leicester Tyres and Testing Center LTD after booking them through ClickMechanic. They picked up my car within the promised time and completed the oil and filter change much earlier than expected. The service was efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. Friendly and seems to have done the job well. However, no contact to notify me that the job will take long and only found out when I rang.
The actual job I had booked for was not done due to (more work being needed) instead fitted the brake pads and I got charged £200+ I could have got this done locally in about 30-60mins if it’s just brake pads I needed changing. So really disappointed. The only reason I used clickmechanic is so this big job would be done on the day. Yet I am still left with the main problem of my car unresolved and ended up not only wasting time but paying extortionate for changing a bunch of brake pads.
