He replaced the engine oil and coolant. Good communication. Also offered some maintenance tips.

Unfortunately because the windscreen wipers worked while the technician was there he could not identify the fault. This leaves me with the potential of the windscreen wipers stopping the next time used. I say technician because he was a technician not a mechanic, in other words totally relies on what the computer says.

Never meet the mechanic just the recovery driver. Communication was very good.

My assigned Mechanic ACS was flawless from introduction to submittion of inspection report with photos. The report evidenced vechile issues that has been a life saver, as cost of repairs would have been more than the price of the vechile.

Although later than booked he arrived and gave me some good advice that put my mind at ease and made the fix easier to process when taking to a garage

Hussain was very helpful and informative when he carried out a diagnostic check on my car. Although he couldn't complete the work, he advised me on the next steps to take. He was very helpful and would highly recommend! :)
