Ty is a friendly and knowledgeable mechanic, he rang me to let me know when he would arrive and he did arrive at said time. Ty took my car after a discussion as to what I could expect. He kept me informed by phone explaining that the original diagnosis (starter motor) made by roadside assistance was incorrect. I can't praise him enough and would 100% recommend him to everyone.
