I have no words to thank you for a great job,was a very good pleasure to meet Ty today . He take the car from my house and sorted out the replacement a new alternator in 3 hours, for me was unexpected surprise ,he did a brilliant job , thank you so much again mate I appreciate you I will be back to you in the future.

Ty wasn’t sure what he was doing with the fault codes. Seemed to think that I had a faulty ECU. The code that we received helped me to ascertain the problem. I told Ty that the ECU had been re-mapped and the fault was due to me using 95 RON petrol when I should be using 99 RON. This had been causing the knock sensor to activate. Problem solved. Thanks and I will use Ty again. By the way, I did ask Ty for a quote to change serpentine belt but heard nothing, as yet.

Ty was professional from start to finish and even though we only communicated by phone I felt confident at all times that my car was in good hands.
