May i say, i arrived in the allocated timeframe for the booking. I dont understand why i was given a 4 star out of 5.
As you can see from my previous reviews, all customers are updated with time of arrival, so i find it real hard to believe you giving me a 4 out of 5 star for punctuality, even thou i asked you before i left if there was any problems with my service, and you replied back " no you was spot on with top service."
If there was a issue im sure we could have talked about it.
