This is my second experience of ClickMechanic and I am very impressed. Great diagnostics and resolved issue with EGR valve. Also offered advice regaring quality of diesel fuel being used as this is a likely cause. Hate to think of the cost of recovery from my home to a main dealer for repair!

helpful and friendly could have fitted the brake pads I asked for but they wold not have lasted to long as the disks where not up to much, Nigel overhauled both breaks so I could get home and get them sorted in my own time . Delighted with the results especially as he fixed the problem the day after I spotted it and we can get on our way tomorrow. Would recommend

Nigel was on time, did (what I thought was) a tricky job very well and quick - and fixed something else he spotted, all within the original quote.
A did a ring round to get local prices and CM bettered it by £100, plus it was all done at my premises.
Top job.

Mercedes-Benz A-Class Alternator drive/serpentine belt pulleyreplacement
Alternator drive/serpentine belt replacement
Failed unit was the tensioner roller, not the alternator pulley. To replace this roller you have to take the tension off the unit and tie back to enable access. Hence the extra 36 minutes.
