Nigel knew his stuff, he was very well able to communicate the issues to me verbally and the report he submitted will be an excellent resource for future reference. I could not recommend him highly enough. He gave extremely clear, honest, insightful and expert advice. He made my decision on buying the car 100 times easier.

Nigel had a problem early in the day with another call, but indicated by telephone a revised time of arrival which is all that is required.
I cannot fault Nigel's work, I am more than happy he did the timing belt work on my Skoda Fabia. I spent a good deal of time with him and the level of professionalism shown and automotive knowledge displayed was exceptional.
