I was very pleased with the ease and confidence in the repair job carried out. Having completed part of the problem came back promptly on another visit to complete the rest of the parts needed to get me on the road.

On holiday relaxed the last thing you need is a car problem, but unexpectedly we did. Thankfully we were back at base so used the internet to find a solution. mobilemechanic.com looked so easy and is. Within a very small time we were contacted by Nigel who promptly turned up and diagnosed the issue. He came to see us first on the way to another job in town, so that meant he could pick up the parts we needed and call back in a couple of hours as we were quite rural
Everything was explained very well and as I had already given my card details to pay for the diagnosis, the cost of parts were just added to the bill once I agreed to the work

Nigel the mechanic was very nice, if he was running late he let me know.The work was carried out professionally and he didn't bother me for anything. He worked continously without a break and checked all was working before he left.The car sounds a little different now and as belt is new is making a bit of a sqeak but again he
assured me that all was well and even told me another fault with a bulb which i knew about but had not mentioned. I have a long journey to London soon and can confidently drive knowing all is well.

Very happy with the service provided by Nigel today for new front brake pads. Great communication and very friendly. Will definitely be using again for future work.
