William was fantastic - he was very communicative in the lead up to my vehicle inspection. He was prompt with the reporting and photos and dedicated time to talk to me over the phone to go through his findings. He explained the report to me in detail and had done a very thorough job inspecting the vehicle at the dealership. The whole process through Click Mechanic was very smooth from booking it to receiving the report. Very happy with this service and would highly recommend to others. It makes buying a used car a lot easier and gives you a detailed insight into the vehicle.
