May I just add that your home service that you are offering is going to get bigger, as we enquired at our local garage for the same job, and we were given a three week wait, as they were busy. As Long as it stays the same way that we experienced with Filip, you cannot fail. Most satisfied.

Serghei arrived on time with another mechanic to help with the clutch change. Both knew their stuff and started on the work immediately. In no time they had the transmission out. I was very impressed with the speed of the work. Although there was some language difficulties I found Serghei very helpful. The mechanics were courteous and completed the work on time. They can be trusted to do the job to a very high standard and are honest. Would use again.

Firstly, before I even get to the job feedback, the communication from Click mechanic was dreadful. I was notified of the job being allocative at 22.38 the day before which was difficult to coordinate. Mechanic feedback. I am not happy with the work carried out, it was a total waste of time and money. I clearly stated in the booking form that the car had no air con, and had been regassed last year so there was likely to be a leak. I had the option of booking a ‘diagnostic’ or ‘regassing.’ As I didn’t know they’re was a leak and if there was one, where it was, I booked a diagnostic as this seemed to be the most appropriate option for the leak to be identified and repaired. I checked and it clearly stated that after the diagnostic, work could be carried out to correct the problem, which I understood to be ‘regassing.’ The mechanic was unable to diagnose a leak as there was no gas in the system, hence no air con, which was obvious from booking form. He was unable to regas to even do the diagnostic for the leak, as implied in my booking form, as he had no equipment. I cannot understand why if a diagnostic is requested for non working air con, the possibility of no gas, and therefore inability to do the diagnostic isn’t considered, and the mechanic arrive with all equipment to do the job properly. I am now sat in a garage to get the job done. This service has not been satisfactory,

James was knowledgeable and did a great job in diagnosing the fault. Although he was unable to rectifier it, being outside his field, he did give some useful advice. All in all ClickMechanic a good service, however I felt that if I had known the site wouldn't be sending out a dedicated auto electrician, as my problem suggested I might need, I would've probably gone elsewhere.
