I simply cannot fault Mauro. Plenty of communication, he fully inspected my car and told me of any further faults that needed attention and was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. As a single person and also a mum, I felt very confident and happy leaving my car in his care knowing that it had been repaired to a high standard.

Mauro was by far one of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and took time to talk to me in detail for over half an hour on the phone as well as sending an extremely informative report. He answered every question that I had and in my opinion went far beyond mt expectations. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Nissan Juke Timing belt replacement

Excellent, Mauro was punctional, clean a in tune with everything he had to do. He was willing to converse and explain what he was doing.He had containers for spent oil and used each new fitter box and other parts box to wrap up the replaced one and put each one into his van as it was changed. When he left the drive where he worked was spotless not one drip of oil or parts wrapper to be seen. I would rate him as a 5* person and Mechanic

I'm a fully insured and IMI UK-certified mechanic, and my interest for cars began when I was a kid and with a screwdriver, I realised I could open up my toy cars to see what was inside, often getting scolded by my mother when I couldn't put them back together! 😁
My first serious contact with mechanical systems was at an after-school-hours job as a vocational apprentice (which was legal in Brazil at the time) at a local bike shop. That opened the doors to a prestigious automotive apprenticeship at SENAI Brazil, the most renowned technical institute in my home country, when I was 15.
Due to my grades and my tutor's recommendations, I was the first to be selected for a dealership sponsorship during my apprenticeship. From there, I went straight to a main dealership job and have been surrounded by cars ever since.
I treat every vehicle as if it were my own, combining a meticulous eye for detail with a genuine love for my work. I choose to work on one vehicle at a time to ensure the job is done right and done once, with full, focused attention to minimize mistakes.
