Friendly polite person knows his job,problem with spare parts was a problem, but he sorted this,I think this problem was caused by my car being a less popular vehicle,and the work required was ahead of the due period(10 years old in september

Ben replaced the rear break pads on my BMW with sensors. He was cheerful and did his job professionally. Couldn’t fault him part from being slightly late due to a long transit to get to me. Would recommend him.
