Ben was contacted to carry out a clutch replacement on a Freelander TD4. Communication was excellent and when he arrived he elected to recover the vehicle to his workshop as the job was too large to carry out on the drive. Ben continued to maintain contact and update us on the work progress and although the clutch was not the issue he diagnosed and repaired the problem correctly and efficiently. I can highly recommend Ben and ClickMechanic and will certainly use this service again

Ben was great and found the fault really quickly, unfortunately he was held up and arrived 1 1/2 late.
As the fault was found quickly I do feel the cost was rather high as I had payed for up to two hours but only needed half that amount of time.

I am most satisfied with the job Ben done. He also noticed that the alternator belt was in a terrible state and replaced that without any additional labour charges. He also drew my attention to a faulty fuel pump relay which I he said I could easily replace myself. I have only the highest praise for his service. Many thanks, indeed.
