We booked a interim service. The service doesn't match what the last mot reported. We was told by seller we need a new tyre as worn low and disc brake, this was not reported by mechanic (also states this in the MOT) Told we had an oil leak (not told where) and didn't say on the report that was sent. Unsure if brake fluid is topped up as can't see any in the dot 4 area. Claims service book was stamped and I have not got one. Feel I need to pay for a new service. Very disappointed with the service as feel we need to have another done. One good thing they picked the car up and was friendly

Thank You Very Much For This Review. I Am A Bit Unsure Of What You Are Referring To In Regards To Your Previous MOT.
We Only Look Over The Vehicle And Carry Out Our Own 31 Point Checks, We Wouldn't Check Any Previous History (MOT) During Our Service.
Having A Quick Look Due To Your MOT Being Carried Out 7th May 2025 The Tyre And Brake Disc's Were Advisories. If It Was A Call For Concern These Would Have Been A Minor Or Major Defect On The MOT And We Would Of Noted Our Concern To You During Your Service Also.
I Would Like To Also Make You Aware That The Mechanics Are Not MOT Testers So We Do Not Carry The Same Strict Guidelines As A Government Legal MOT Tester Has To Obtain.
The Check List Carried Out On Click Mechanic Has Two Options Either Checked Or Not Available Here This Response Is Slightly Bias Due To The Fact Both Apply.
Checked For A Service Book But Not Applicable To Vehicle.

Very happy with the work done. It was nice that the car was picked up early after a phone call to see if it was possible, made life better for me. The only problem was that I did not receive a phone calls to say it was finished and on the way back to me. That was the only problem.

He was very friendly and reassuring
I was surprised that he didn’t come with the necessary equipment needed to do the job but he made no fuss about having to leave and come back, despite this being after the agreed time slot
Ince he had the right tools it was fixed in no time at all
He also answered all questions about the best way forward to ensure car is safe to drive
