Unfortunately a poor experience this time. Mechanic was very late and clearly in a rush to leave. He fixed the code error but did not test drive so the error returned as soon as I drove the car. I needed to use another mechanic to get the issue properly diagnosed.

The diagnostic inspection you paid for was completed in full and documented with photos and video footage, which were sent to you for your peace of mind. At the time of testing, the fault code was cleared and did not return — live data readings for the sensor performance were showing correctly. If the issue has since returned, this would indicate that a repair is required, which would be an additional service and charge beyond the initial diagnostic.
We always aim to provide clear communication and thorough service, and we’re sorry this visit didn’t meet your expectations. Alternatively, if you would like this matter to be reviewed independently, we can request a case to be opened with the Resolution Centre.
