Danny was friendly and took his time in diagnosing the faults.. He also told me about the possible solutions. His knowledge had impressed me. But I do have a comment about the charged amount. For a visit only I paid £78 something. But for a 2nd visit in which the problem will be resolved , I will have to pay just below £150. I would like to suggest that if a customer books a followup visit and stick to the same mechanic then the initial amount should also be adjusted for the followup visit. £78 for a visit and diagnosing the fault is little too much. Apart from that I am very happy with Danny
