Rob arrived and was straight to work. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Couldn't have asked for a better mechanic to carry out the work I needed. Clean and tidy worker and very professional. I won't be going anywhere else for a mechanic after meeting Rob. Car now running 100% better. I always read reviews, and what has been said about Rob is true - absolutely worthy of 5 star reviews.

No negatives at all. Arrived within the slot, confirmed what needed to be done, did it and then took the car out for a test drive to make sure all ok. I can’t fault the service received, absolutely first class.

Robert was very good, he quickly identified the problem and resolved it with minimum fuss. He was friendly and confident and I knew my car was in good hands.

Very friendly and appeared very knowledgeable, but, Robert assured me he would ring me back after speaking with a Peugeot contact of his and would give me a firm quote for repairing my wife’s car, he said that call would be made to me on Monday, yesterday, after visiting me on Saturday. It is now 18.10pm on Tuesday and I have not received a call! I paid over £60.00 to be told I had a problem with possibly my alternator which I knew already. Robert took the car in question for a test drive, checked on his computer and told me the alternator was the problem but no suggestions as to fixing it. I fully expected to receive a phone call on Monday as promised with separate quotes for sorting the alternator out and for possibly replacing an oxygen sensor in the exhaust. But as I say, no contact from Robert has been made, I feel very disappointed with the whole service, and feel I have totally wasted £60 as I am no nearer getting the car fixed! Read more
