Robert was great and diagnosed a difficult-to-spot battery problem, even taking his own battery out of his truck to fit into my vehicle which then started up the first time. My new battery is on order!
I was overthinking it and had convinced myself that I had an expensive BMW diesel electronics failure. Robert went straight to the problem and proved it was a simple fix. I am an experienced classic car fixer and enjoyed the way that Robert and I worked together to get a solution.
