Steven (S and L Garages, Darlington) was outstanding. Went above and beyond to ensure the repairs to my car were carried out as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
It's a pity the back office aspect of this company (Click Mechanic) isn't up to scratch. Failure to pass on vital information related to my booking, failure to communicate effectively, failure to ensure charges are confirmed and booked etc.
The idea is sound but the implementation and back office let it down massively.
I could not, in all honesty, recommend using this company for anything related to booking a mechanic
Save you sanity and just go direct to a mechanic.

As expected this was a painless procedure. Booked and completed within 24 hours with the car being collected from home and brought back to the house at no extra cost. (Vehicle needed some equipment that was only available in a garage.) Would highly recommend ClickMechanic.
