Steve is extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the fault and showed me the broken part once replaced. I feel confident in the repair and reassured that the part is under warranty. The repair was carried out swiftly and it’s really convenient to have the work carried out at home. Would thoroughly recommend! If I could give 6 stars, I would!
