Bobby arrived within the timescale required to take my car for a full service. I'd told him that I needed the car back by 4pm and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Bobby carried out the full service and returned the car to me before 4pm. We had a chat about a couple of things regarding the car and that it was looked after well. He was courteous and knew what he was talking about. There were some photos provided of a couple of parts that were replaced as part of the service. Bobby also checked the EMU for error codes, as I thought I noticed that the EMU light had popped up on the dashboard, but he confirmed there were no error messages/codes. Bobby was very good with us and let us know well in advance of the pre-inspection report being finalised what the issues were with the car. This helped us make a quick decision re: whether to go ahead or not.
