Wish I hadn't gone through Click Mechanic, the whole experience was pretty terrible with loads of red flags. The mechanic outsourced the MOT to another garage without communicating they were doing so, failed the MOT and tried to charge hundreds for repairs. I asked for my car back as I wasn't trusting the situation and the car passed the MOT first time at another garage.

My main issue was the communication with Bobby, who I found very rude and belittling. He refused to take any responsibility or even to just apologise. No doubt he will reply to this review to be discourteous even further.

I would avoid. Whole experience has just been ten times more stressful than it needed to be. Read more

Couldn’t be happier with the diagnostic work Bobby carried out. He was honest, friendly, and thorough. He really put my mum at ease. We highly recommend him!

Bobby was great. Collected car at the pre-arranged time. Unfortunately the repair needed extra work doing, but I was provided with a quote quickly, parts were then ordered and the work was completed. Very happy with the overall service. First time using ClickMechanic, will definitely use it again in the future.

Bobby's a real nice bloke and kept me informed with the progress. He had to remedy the mistakes the last so called mechanic messed up. Would definitely recommend Bobby and I'll be using him in the future

Bobby is V friendly. I’m not happy as I got my car back at just after 5pm . Picked up at 10ish. Said I can hv my car back at 1pm. Didn’t call back after 1 until I txt at 2ish .reason for delay is wrong part was given and had to wait for correct part . No communication until I txt

Totally happy. Bobby picked up my are & delivered it after interim service. Interim service carried out all to my expectations.

Bobby was so friendly and knowledgeable of my car. Unfortunately my car is very old so did not want to get it repaired so have decided to scrap it and buy a newer one.

Had front brake pads replaced quick and easy service, all good guys and would use again no worries there.
