Mike was sensational, he arrived just before his appointed time and was incredibly polite and courteous, I could not recommend him more highly. His work was swift and efficient, he was very easy to chat to and clearly knowledgeable. He reached out the day before to have a general chat and learn more about the problem. I could not ask for more, he did a job in 45 mins, that under ideal conditions, would have taken me about 2 hours. Let me tell you the conditions were far from ideal, hence my need for assistance.
