Mike had not communicated that the diagnostic or scan had not been done for the 3 series BMW I was thinking of purchasing.

I had to further quiz him on the phone and ask why is this the case. As I paid for a premium check that clearly states that it has a scan included. And it was not done. He did not even leave a note to say this was not conducted.

I had an excellent experience with my mechanic. Their knowledge and expertise were clear from the start, and the quality of service was outstanding. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I really appreciated the clear communication throughout the process. I will definitely continue using their services in the future.
