Mike was great. Despite the below-freezing conditions, he happily tackled the job on the driveway. Since the rear brakes were locked, I had to use a mobile mechanic. I had used Click Mechanic ten years ago for a pre-purchase inspection, so I was happy to select them again for this work. Mike made quick work of it. He was courteous and helpful - it was a pleasure to have him at our house.

Mike had not communicated that the diagnostic or scan had not been done for the 3 series BMW I was thinking of purchasing.

I had to further quiz him on the phone and ask why is this the case. As I paid for a premium check that clearly states that it has a scan included. And it was not done. He did not even leave a note to say this was not conducted.
