Once confirmed, he rang me to introduce himself and was very polite and helpful. Also answered all my questions. Once completed he called me and gave me a run down of his findings. Followed by a email, and pictures. Very well explained and prompt service! Picked up a lot of things I didn't notice when I looked at the car.

Daniel was amazing. He called just after confirming the booking to make sure the address was correct and asked a number of questions beforehand to understand what was important to us when looking for a new car, so he could focus on these points. Immediately after his assessment he called again and gave his overall impression of the vehicle and some more detail on a few issues he found (which were minor but he said about himself that he was very picky so would highlight them anyway). He then went on and said he was available in case we had any further questions and sent the report. The report is very clear and the few isssues he mentioned before are highlighted. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience, completely easy to book and a great peace of mind to have someone who knows the trade look over this big investment like a car.

I haven't had a chance to check out the car I'm purchasing, but the mechanic was very polite on the phone, turned up when he said he was, and gave a very clear summary of his findings. Would definately use again and recommend to friends.

I had a pre purchase inspection so unfortunately was not there when the mechanic visited. But the overall service was fast,efficient, and reasonable value for money, thank you
